I had some recurring issues connecing to public WiFi on my work laptop and was struggling to find a soluion. Despite being on the road with no internet access, Nick helped me over the phone to find a quick solution and got me back online in no time at all. He even gave me some helpful instructions to resolve the issue if it ever happened again so that I have muliple optons to get back to work quickly.
